Live one-to-one learning

Forex Tutor

Learn live with Coach David, build a process you can explain, and decide whether private coaching fits before you make a bigger commitment.

Start with a real conversation

A Forex tutor should help you understand the work, not hand you a call to copy.

When you are new to Forex, it is easy to collect terms, charts, and opinions without seeing how they fit together. A live tutor gives you space to stop at the confusing part, ask what a rule is meant to protect, and connect one decision to the larger process behind it. That matters more than adding another disconnected video to a watch list.

Trading Friends begins with six free live classes with Coach David. The first is a Forex Journey Overview, where you can ask about the learning path, the tools and time involved, the cost of continued coaching, and the habits that support deliberate practice. If the session feels useful, you can schedule the other five introductory classes around your availability.

The point is not to rush you into private coaching. It is to give you a clear look at how Coach David teaches and what the work asks of you before you decide. You can take the whole introductory path, stay connected through the free Trading Friends Slack group, or decide that the timing is not right. A useful first step should make the next decision clearer.

Study materials prepared for a live Forex learning session

A foundation before coaching

Use the free classes to see how each part of a process connects.

01

Your Forex Journey Overview

This first live session explains how the learning path works from start to finish. You will cover the time commitment, tools, course cost, and what to expect before deciding whether to continue.

02

Market Foundations

Get a practical introduction to how the Forex market works, how charts move, and the language traders use. The goal is to replace vague impressions with a grounded starting point for learning.

03

Your Trading Plan

See why a written plan matters before a trade is placed. This class introduces preparation, risk awareness, and clear rules that give each decision a purpose.

04

Price Action and Process

Explore the market-reading approach Coach David uses in live sessions. You will see how probability-based thinking and a repeatable process can keep attention on the setup instead of the noise.

05

Mindset and Measurement

Learn why discipline does not come from finding one perfect setup. This class connects emotional control, deliberate practice, and performance tracking to more consistent decision-making.

06

Choose Your Path

Bring the lessons together and consider your next step with a fuller picture of the work involved. You can decide whether private coaching and the Strategy/Psychology Course suit your goals, schedule, and commitment.

What one-to-one guidance can add

Turn questions into a process you can review for yourself.

Private tutoring is most useful when it gives you a way to inspect your thinking, not when it makes you dependent on another person’s decisions. Coach David’s live approach connects the pieces that have to work together: understanding the market, planning before a decision, defining risk, reading price action, and reviewing what happened afterward.

In a live session, you can ask why a part of your plan is unclear or why emotion changed the way you followed a rule. That kind of conversation can help you notice the difference between knowing a term and being able to use the idea responsibly. It also leaves room to bring back the questions that appear after you have practiced, rather than trying to solve everything in one lesson.

Coach David teaches a proprietary four-step binary process as part of the Strategy/Psychology Course. The aim is not to replace your judgment with a formula. It is to give your preparation, decision-making, and daily journal a clear structure, so you can record both results and the psychology that shaped them. You still decide what fits your circumstances and what risk you can afford to take.

  • Live Microsoft Teams sessions where you can ask questions in context.
  • A written plan that connects preparation, risk awareness, and review.
  • Price-action study and process work instead of trade signals to copy.
  • Homework, quizzes, and a daily journal for results and psychology.
  • Direct feedback that supports independent decision-making over time.

Who this can help

For learners who want thoughtful guidance before they risk money.

A Forex tutor can be a good fit if you are starting from scratch and want to understand the market before opening a platform. It can also help if you have watched charts or placed trades before, but do not yet have a plan you can describe, follow, and review.

It is especially useful if you prefer to ask direct questions, work through a concept at a measured pace, and see the commitment before paying for a longer program. The free classes let you see whether Coach David’s teaching style works for you before you choose anything else.

What it is not

Not a shortcut, a signal service, or a promise about results.

Trading Friends does not tell students what to trade, manage their money, or guarantee a result. Forex trading involves substantial risk. A tutor can help you develop questions, habits, and a process, but no class removes the need to make your own decisions or understand the risks you take.

If you are looking for a fast answer to copy, this will not be the right fit. If you want to slow down, understand the work, and develop a process you can examine honestly, the first free overview is the right place to start.

A practical way to use tutoring

Bring a real question, then leave with a clearer way to study it.

Before a session

Write down the question in plain language. It might be about how a currency pair is quoted, what a platform number means, why a plan needs a risk limit, or what you are meant to record after reviewing a chart. You do not need a polished answer before you ask. Naming the uncertainty is the useful first move.

It also helps to bring the context around the question. If you saw something online that sounded convincing, note what it claimed and what you could not explain about it. If a chart made you feel as though you had to act quickly, record what you noticed. A tutor can help you separate a useful observation from the urgency that often rides alongside it.

Between sessions

Turn the answer into a small piece of deliberate practice. That can mean annotating a chart, rehearsing a written plan, or using a daily journal to record what you observed, what you decided, and the psychology that came with it. Paper practice can help you rehearse a process without risking money, but it does not reproduce the pressure or account conditions of live trading.

The next session is where you review the work. You can ask whether your notes are specific enough, whether a rule is clear enough to follow, and what you learned from the result without turning one outcome into proof that a method works. That cycle of question, practice, and review is how tutoring supports independent thinking instead of creating dependence on a coach.

A careful learning process also keeps the money question in view. A deposit requirement, the margin needed for a position, and the loss you could afford if the idea fails are not the same number. Before risking money, understand the account terms, choose a size that fits the loss you can genuinely absorb, and be honest about whether you have enough knowledge to explain the decision. The free introductory classes give you room to work through those questions before you commit to private coaching or a trade.

Choose after you have context

See the full path before deciding whether private tutoring is right for you.

After the six free classes, some students choose to explore the private Strategy/Psychology Course. It includes weekly live coaching, homework, quizzes, market-hour application, and direct feedback. The current listed course cost is $2,995, paid in advance, and the average program runs 52 weeks.

That course is optional, not assumed. Before you decide, you can ask about the schedule, the practice expected between sessions, and the kind of support that helps you learn. You can also read student reviews, learn more about Coach David, and explore the full Strategy/Psychology Course details.
